Begun in 1977 as a polyculture dream of Nerina & Pierluigi Zampaglione, they planted their first Fiano vines in these high altitude (800 meters) black volcanic soils of Campania in 2002. Traditionally considered to be above the elevation line for this varietal, they are now closer and closer to the comfort zone for regular wine production, due to global warming.
Joined by their daughter Rita in 2020, she has brought new energy to this wonderful estate.
