Pétillant Naturel: The grapes are pressed directly into tank where the fermentation ensues with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures to preserve natural fruit aromatics. The wine is then directly bottled in the middle of the primary alcoholic fermentation which gently ferments dry capturing a fine natural bead. Minimal sulfur addition at press with no subsequent additions. Disgorged with no additives.
