Seek clarity in the rich amber haze revealing the raw native fermented and unfiltered mélange of Sebastopol grown, dry farmed Gravenstein apples. Notes of fresh bittersweet apple and ripe Asian pear give way to more tropical pineapple and guava banana, along with richer tones of toffee and mild butterscotch. A barrel- aged solera.
