The NV Extra Brut L’Incandescent Rosé de Saignée (2018 base) is seriously impressive, certainly more so than I remember last year. Sixteen hours of maceration yielded a potent, explosive Rosé built on considerable texture and volume. Ripe red fruit, lavender, rose petals and spice literally saturate the palate.
