This fine Cava is aged on its lees for a minimum of forty months before it is disgorged and recorked.
A blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay, the nose is of candied citrus, spices (anis), and toasted nuts. In the mouth, after a burst of exquisite fresh fruit, it is very poised and complex balance of its toasty, nutty texture combined with an almost exotic blend of citrus, lichee and quince flavors.
