Equal parts Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeu.
Fresh, nutty aromas with hints of citrus and apples lead into a wine with a clear, mineral backbone and refreshing chalky texture. Full bodied, but good tension render a mousse that is both fine and persistent. Very refreshing, but rich and mouth-filling. Classy stuff.
