2018 Beaune ?Les Aigrots?: This is much more floral with pretty spice, lemon zest and white peach scents. The denser and rounder middle weight flavors also flash an appealing minerality on the rich, sappy and delicious finale that manages to be reasonably refined if not actually elegant. This is a wine that could be aged to good effect for a few years or enjoyed young for its exuberant fruit. 90/2024+ -Burghound.com
