15+ year old vines grown at 250 meters elevation.
Grapes are pressed and enter into a cool fermentation that follows one night under refrigeration to help preserve the unique and delicate floral notes that are backed up by citrus aromatics. The wine is medium-bodied with bracing acidity and high-toned mineral notes rounded out by just enough richness and honeyed viscosity. Nice complexity and very food friendly. It’s wines like this that help improve Piedmont’s reputation for white wines.
