This wine is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel vats to preserve the bright fruit aromatics. The resulting wine has floral and mineral notes in the nose with some stone fruits (peach & apricot). Crisp acidity with some citrus notes make this a perfect wine for most any seafood dish.
