Fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels, this wine starts out with a honeyed nose with beautifully integrated gentle oak notes. It then shows citrus and caramelized pears with very fine lines and crisp, tense acidity. A beautiful example of how fine dry Loire Chenin can be.
