This is Agrapart’s tête de cuvée bottling. Barrel fermented in 450L demi-muids. The juice here comes uniquely from upper hillside, old-vine parcels in Avize. 60 year old vines. South/Southeast exposition on soils possessing high percentage of chalk. This is the true expression one hopes for from the wines of Avize, capital of the Côte de Blancs.
