This wine is only produced in vintages where all of the stars line up to make great late harvest chenin. Picked over successive passes through the vineyard the fruit is fully botrytised, which takes the wine to another level.
This spectacular nectar shows apricot, lychee and citrus notes in the nose rounded out by honey. Great acidity provides just the needed freshness to balance things out. Long, tense, bright and exquisite.
