In 1990 Arturo Vettori took over his father’s five- hectare estate in the Veneto with the goal of producing exceptional Prosecco wines. By increasing the vine density and adhering to a more stringent, sustainable farming regimen, he has managed to produce sparkling wines with a true sense of place. Yields are kept low for the region and attention to detail in the cellars makes for wines with near perfect balance of fruit, minerality, and acidity and by pinpoint-fine bubbles.
