From small godello plots in the villages of Rubia, O Baco, Vilamartin, A Rua and O Bolo, all the vines are worked by hand and the vines range in age from 5-20 years old. Soils are clay and black slate, and only wild yeast fermentation is allowed. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled young with just a hint of CO2 to maintain the fresh fruit so unique to young godello.
