Produced from 100% Honarribi Zuri grapes, this is from the most prized vineyard in the estate. All terraced, south-facing vineyards planted high on the hillsides overlooking the famed Camino de Santiago de Campostela, from which the vineyard takes its name.
Slightly richer than traditional Txakoli, this wine’s lees are gently stirred periodically during the aging process in stainless steel vats. Bottled with the typical spritz left in the wine, it combines the zesty, freshness we expect from the area with a bit more unctuous texture showing notes of lichee and summer stone fruit, the yellow straw-colored wine has a perfect balance of high-toned acid and creamy, melon fruit.
