Note

Produced from a blend of very old vine indigenous white varietals, but mainly Listán Blanco, once again this wine shows Jonatan’s passion for White Burgundy. Barrel fermented and barrel aged, close your eyes and allow yourself to be transported to a place where Burgundians go to retire and the the year-round temperature ranges between 65-75F (18-23C).
Minerals, herbs, crisp acidity and volcanic minerals provide backbone for this smoky wine showing toasted nuts and citrus notes.
