The grapes are crushed and immediately pressed with our 1906 wooden apple press, which ensures a gentle processing. The wine is bone dry with our Mt. Veeder acidity. The wine is full of minerality and typical Riesling flavors, including lime and a little petrol.
This label is a block print from Lore Olds. The artwork depicts stacking cases in the winery. This artwork was originally created in the 1980’s.
