Mostly Albarín, not to be confused with the more ubiquitous Albariño which is not related, this cuvée has 5% Verdejo blended in to provide just a bit more structure and depth.
High-toned aromatics with some exotic notes lead into a fullish wine with high acid and an intriguing mineral texture. No malo-lactic on this wine to preserve the super-fresh aromatics and balance. Very food-friendly.
