The grapes for this wine come from the Montagne de Reims, a full 30km away from the winery located in Chavot, thus the name “Les Longues Voyes” or “The Long Routes.”
100% Pinot Noir organically grown grapes, aged in neutral barrels for at least 18 months. The richness of the fruit is refined through extended lees contact both in barrel and bottle while the limestone subsoils of this vineyard provide a firm mineral backbone. Creamy and rich, yet crisp and mineral with bright acidity. The dosage is 3.5Gr/L.
