From a 4 hectare parcel containing silex (flint), river pebbles and granite. Full southern exposure and a steep slope (10%) make this the ideal site for producing the domaine’s Grand Vin de Garde. The farming here is organic and biodynamic, with very short pruning to control crop size.
This wines aromas show minerals and smoke melded with melon and citrus in the nose. Fullish in the mouth, but with excellent acidity, this wine will marry well with rich seafood (crab, bass, scallops, etc) as well as any other dish that calls for a full, well-balanced white.
