100% Sangiovese
With this wine, Fabio Motta pays tribute to his father-in-law, Michele Satta, one of the pioneers of Sangiovese in the Bolgheri DOC, a growing region made so famous for its “Super Tuscan” wines using Bordeaux varietals. In his words, “It does not only embody the Tuscan tradition, but it is also the hardest and, at the same time, the most exciting variety to work with.”
