Bright acidity remains to balance out the exquisite richness achieved during late fall hang-time. This gorgeous rendition of Sélection de Grains Nobles carries 10% residual sugar that is so perfectly balanced by brilliant acidity that it never seems overly sweet. Unctuous and thick in texture, this is amber liquid gold.
