Gewurztraminer rises to greater heights when allowed to ripen under perfect conditions to late harvest levels of natural sugar. Bright acidity remains to balance out the exquisite richness achieved during late fall hang-time. Warm spices and honeyed fruit wrap around some exotic fruit, citrus and baked quince.
