Estate grown Chenin grapes are vinified in a modern style to preserve their brilliant fruity character. Fermented and aged in neutral tanks, this wine is intended to dance with finesse and balance on the palate showing minerals, quince and some tropical fruit notes and crisp acidity. Intended to be expressive in its youth, it will nonetheless benefit from a few years of aging.
