The Boca DOC wine is a rare Italian red wine. There areo only a few of wineries that produce wine under the Boca DOC label, which became official in 1969. So it must possess specific properties:  a brilliant ruby ??red color a characteristic and pleasant aromas of violets and sweet spices, and notes of pomegranates on the finish. Also  It must be aged for 36 months, of which 24 must be spent in wood oak The wine-making zone covers only the municipality of Boca and part of the communes of Maggiora, Cavallirio, Prato Sesia and Grignasco in the province of Novara, in the italianregion Piedmont.
Grapes ripening at above 500 metres of altitude in rocky and acidic soils.
The wine is a blend of  Nebbiolo, Bonarda Novarese, Vespolina and Uva Rara.
