The cooler summer favored higher acidity levels which make these wines more graceful and high-toned than they’ve been for a few years.
Fresh aromatics of gooseberries and some floral notes lead into a crisp, but deep wine with ripe fruit and a crunchy, mineral follow through.
Very classy stuff. Only 50 cs imported to the US.
