From Pinot Noir vines planted in the 1960s in the village of Chelly-les-Maranges, at the southernmost tip of the Côte de Beaune. This fruit comes from the uppermost part of the vineyard.
Aged 12 months in French oak. Minor sulfur addition at bottling.
