2021 was an excellent vintage for cider and the multiple old clones of European varieties at White Oak Vineyard responded beautifully. The aromas are of spice cake and cardamon with a yeasty side note. In the mouth this libation has richness and acidity with a remarkable finish. At 8.5% alcohol you can enjoy and still stand up and walk away when you’re done!!
